Yeah it is...I've been walking in peanut butter for a few days now and I'm beat. As much as I needed that day at the beach, I think I left what little energy I had behind.
When my brain is disconnected from the rest of me I know I need to be patient with myself...with my words and with my abilities...I need to give my body a break.
When days like this happen for you...what do you do? How do you handle it? What helps you cope?
The fog will come and it will leave eventually too...but what we do for us while we're in it can either help see us through it or keep us under it...so until the fog clears...use your coping skills as you need them and be gentle with yourself.
