
What's the conversation like in your head right now? Could it use a little tweaking?
It is true though...the words we use...the thoughts we keep...it impacts how we live our lives.
Do your thoughts hold you back? Do you feel loved, supported, encouraged and comforted after a talk with yourself?
What's the conversation like in your head right now? We've all heard some hurtful things in our lives but you know what? the things we say to ourselves shouldn't hurt us.
Now here is my challenge to you....
Every time you think something negative about yourself I challenge you to do two things:
1) say five things that you like and love about yourself
2) repeat to yourself....I'm healing, I'm discovering myself, I'm starting over (and repeat over and over again...because you are moving forward...healing...discovering...starting over...YOU ARE!)
The conversations we have with ourselves should be a healing thing...not a hurtful one. If your thoughts need some tweaking...I hope you'll take the challenge.
