How are you doing? How was your week? What coping skills did you use this week to help you manage your pain?
When I saw this one this morning I had to use it. It's Friday and I feel like dancing. My body is laughing a bit at me but I can't help it...and I'll tell you why...I'm going to Toronto this weekend to see family I haven't seen in a year and I'm excited to be going.
What are you doing this weekend? It's a long weekend too! Got any plans? If you do...what can you do to help yourself prepare before you go? What can you bring with you while you're out and about? Hmm...give it some thought okay?
When living a pained and hurting life, I do believe we can learn to manage our pain so we can be as active as we're able and I think too that we can learn to soothe ourselves when we've done too much. The world won't stop because we hurt and life does go on...with or without us...SO...what can you do to help you live your life to the best of your abilities?
I hope you have a great weekend and I challenge you to do one thing each and every day that makes you feel good...something to make you smile...something that allows you to heal. Do it for you!
