
Hello good morning and how are you? How was your week? Did you find the time for you and your needs? I hope so...but if you haven't yet...do you need a recovery day?
I do. I need one...and I'm taking it today.
If you need some time for you and your needs too...when will you take it? what will you do for you? what do you need?
We can't change that we hurt now...but we can change what we do for ourselves when we're feeling it...even if that includes taking a day to focus solely on our needs.
