No...I don't think I know everything
Yes...I am trying to provoke your thoughts
Yes...I am trying to encourage and empower you to live your life for you and not your pain
Yes...I know what it's like

I share this website and the Facebook page too because I know...I know what it's like to hurt and I know what it's like to struggle. I know what it's like to be so close to saying it's over and I know what it's like to claw and scratch my way back. I know...and because I know I bring this page to you to let you know...you're not alone...to let you know you have options and to encourage you to go after them.

We may now have a life of pain but we still have a life to live and that is a beautiful thing to have.
