Take a good long look at the info-graphics and give some honest thought to your life and how you're living. When we make some of the "mistakes"...we will also experience the "inevitables" of our illness as well.
Could you see how letting your illness control and dominate your life could cause you to lose many friends? what about crying daily? How about your feelings of hopelessness? or that you're going crazy?
What about expecting too much from your medicines? Could that possibly result in you spending money you don't have on treatments that promise a "cure"? Could this then leave you feeling like you're going crazy? Will you lose hope before gaining strength?
What about when we shut down and stop talking? Could that possibly relate to other's giving "grief" for no reason? That your friends and family just don't understand? Well how could they when you shut down and stopped talking?
What about sticking with a bad doctor? Could that at all possibly have anything to do with your feelings of going crazy? How about talking yourself in and out of making and attending appointments? Have you doubted yourself lately?
Our mistakes are common...but they do also lead to some of the inevitables we have experienced. Be honest with yourself...what mistakes have you made? Change can happen but not if we keep making the same "mistakes".
Take good care of you okay?
