For myself, I also experience bouts of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), a common issue many of us face. In an attempt to decrease the episodes I experience with IBS, I have eliminated greasy foods from my diet. When cooking chicken, I now choose boneless skinless chicken instead. For someone who loves the skin on my chicken this was hard!! But I have noticed I don't have as many episodes with my IBS. I have also made changes in the way I prepare a lot of my foods. My little George Foreman Grill is now the most used appliance in my kitchen. When removing the drip tray, I'm rewarded by the sight of all the fatty grease that my food is no longer cooking in and I'm no longer eating.
