There are true and proven benefits to drinking water.
That being said however...not everyone likes drinking water.
If you're not a big fan...there are things you can add to your water to make it a little more enjoyable. Here are just a few...
- a few drops of lemon juice....or you can add lemon slices to your water (limes work well too)
- crystal-lite or other similar products
- infuse your water with your favourite fruits over-night...citrus fruits do work best though
- add sticks of cinnamon to boiled water for flavour...drink hot or cold
