Gather your coping skills...the portable ones anyway...and get active in your life this weekend. It's a feel good thing and you need this.
Or maybe this will be the weekend you plan and take your ME Day. What do you need to do to soothe yourself? To calm your emotions and nurture your needs? How will you care for you?
