Now curious me wants to know if you have a "not-to-do list" too. Do you? Do you have a list of things you've promised yourself you won't do?

For me personally, I think that the things listed here are life-saving for people living with a chronic illness and each of the 10 steps are a step in the right direction to assertively live your life.
SO...What's on your not-to-do list? If you haven't given it thought yet...please do. Write it down and refer to your "not-to-do list" as often as you turn to your "to-do list".
